Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve it, including offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.
